PRICES. The prices displayed on our website include Value Added Tax (VAT)

To process a return, you must send an email to info@alfartierracocida.com

We will respond within 24 – 48 hours (M-F)

The term for a return is 15 days and once the shipment confirmation is received.

Once we have received the mail, we order a collection for the courier company to pick up your order.

The shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the return.

Alfartierracocida.com reserves the right to reject changes communicated or sent after the established period or articles that are not in the same conditions in which they were sent.
